Orthotic device base pricing remains preserved—no increase. We’ve held this line despite material and supply-chain pressures. In fact, in some cases, base orthotic device pricing has been reduced.

Costs are applied where costs occur. Items that require higher-cost materials or additional labour will carry the adjustment, rather than a blanket increase across all devices.

We’ve moved to a fully digital, paperless workflow to support our sustainability goals. As part of this shift, we no longer cover inbound shipping from customers. To keep costs low, we’ve partnered with eShipper for discounted rates—just create an account, print a label, and track your shipment end-to-end.

Environmental Sustainability

Paperless Office. We are longer be including physical invoice or insurance form printouts inside your packages. Instead, these documents are made available inside the My Account area of our website.

A $2.50 environmental fee will be added for all physical casts that need to be handled by our lab.  This fee will be levied in order to satisify regulatory guidance from Health Canada.

As such, please consider migrating to our digital casting process as soon as possible. Contact us and we’ll walk you through the benefits and savings for your clinic.

Credit Card Transactions Coming soon we'll be accepting major credit cards directly through our online ordering platform, which will allow customers to get a better handle on manging their account balance through a new Versapay payment portal.

Physical Cast Handling Charges

The above pricing assumes utilization of our digital ordering pathway. Clinics not using this pathway will be charged a $10.00 handling fee per order for manual entry, and a $2.50 environmental fee for each physical cast.

Posting & Accomodations Pricing

Adjustments to our base device pricing maintains the best value for clinics that primarily order standardized orthotics. For patients requiring specialized accommodations, please refer to the updated pricing table below.
