Our scanner app is available in the United States and Canada, accessible through the Apple App Store.

No, the Atlas-IO Lab 3D scanner does not require the use of a mirror to function correctly. Once you launch the scanner, simply tilt the device downward (so that you can see the Capture button) and position the device in such a way that the foot lights up green. Be sure to contact our support team for a demonstration if you'd like some help with using this scanner.

Some Apple devices will rotate the orientation of your view while you are attempting to perform a scan. The solution is simple.

  1. Exit the Atlas-IO Lab 3D application and return to your main device homescreen.
  2. Swipe down on your iPhone or iPad from the upper portion of the screen.
  3. Orient the screen so that the front facing camera is on top. Some devices have the front-facing camera on the right side (usually an iPad)
  4. Click on the Orientation Lock Icon. Orientation Lock should be turned On.
  5. Restart the Atlas-IO Lab 3D application. The screen orientation will no longer shift on you.
