Guarantees
All Orthotic shell materials are guaranteed against breakage for a period of 3 years. Top coverings, posts, and accommodations are subject to warranty for 3 months of normal wear.
Outgrowth Program
The Atlas Outgrowth Program is available to customers aged 13 and under and is valid for up to 12 months from the purchase date. Under this program, a new device can be purchased at a 25% discount off the original cost. To claim a new device, a new cast must be submitted.
Footwear Returns / Exchange
All footwear waiting for the cast will be returned to stock after 45 days.
All footwear is eligible for return or exchange for a period of 90 days from the original invoice date. All items must be free from wear and in new condition, along with original packaging materials, and insoles.
The following charges will apply for missing or damaged items:
- Missing insoles - $15.00
- Damaged or Missing original box - $10.00
Billing and Account Terms
New accounts are subject to submission of a credit application. Upon approval, terms are set in the following manner:
- All orders are shipped with an invoice for your office records. Monthly master statements are sent at the end of each month and are due in full by the 15th of the next month.
- Unpaid accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly service fee. All accounts not paid in full within 30 days of the statement date will be placed on hold and subject to 3rd party collection.
- Atlas Orthotic Lab reserves the right to extend pre-payment terms to any account due to credit history or lack of trade references.
Practitioner / Professional Courtesy
Accounts that have placed 10 or more orders are eligible for a complimentary pair of Orthotics for the attending practitioner. All staff and family members are eligible for a 25% discount on Orthotics, and a 10% discount on footwear purchases, with a maximum of one pair every 12 month. Orders must be identified at the time of placement to be considered.
