* The Atlas-IO Lab 3D scanner provides a real-time preview of a patient’s foot, and our lab incurs a fee upon acceptance of any patient scan. Please do not use this app for predeterminations, for testing, or for scanning prospective patients. Instead, use it for patients where an order is expected to be completed in the near term. Scans associated with patient records that do not result in an order within 60 days of the scan date will be subject to a $10.00 fee per patient.
